Margaret Krause
Margaret Krause is the current Foster Care Director for Denali Family Services and has worked in this agency since 2004. Previous professional experience included working for the State of Alaska, Division of Juvenile Justice in a variety of positions with juvenile probation to include Regional Manager of Anchorage and of the South-Central Region. She was a Social Worker for the State of Alaska (DFYS) both in Sitka and in Kotzebue. Her professional interests focus on helping families become stronger and working with children who have been traumatized, seeking success in a community setting. Improving the therapeutic foster care program at Denali Family Services is an ongoing progression to include specialized training for both staff and foster parents. |
