Kyle Gardner
Kyle Gardner is the director of Little Steps Preschool for Denali Family Services. Kyle graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in May of 2008 with his Bachelors in Social Work. Kyle was raised in South Dakota but moved to Alaska in 2004 to pursue a degree in social work though UAA’s accredited program. Kyle has been with DFS since August of 2007 when he began as an intern during the senior year of his BSW program. Kyle learned the role of intake coordinator while an intern and he assumed that role fulltime upon his graduation. In November of 2008 Kyle became the director of Little Steps and has functioned in that capacity since then.
Kyle also writes pre-adoptive home studies through the State of Alaska and is the director of a Saturday night teen program at the Anchorage Community YMCA. Kyle enjoys spending his free time enjoying the scenic beauty of Alaska’s great outdoors while fishing and hiking. |
